SHIPPING POLICIES

METRO MANILA - One (1) to Two (2) Business days

  • Orders received after 12nn will be processed the next day

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday except during Holidays

PROVINCIAL – Three (3) to Five (5) Business days

  • Orders received after 12nn will be processed the next day

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday except during Holidays

INTERNATIONAL – Five (5) to Ten (10) Business days

  • Orders received after 12nn (GMT+8) will be processed the next day

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday except during Holidays

Our team will do our best to ensure that your item/s will be dispatched as soon as possible. However, please note that once item/s is with courier and tracking number is provided to you, Vania Romoff Inc. will not be liable for any loses, delays, tampered packaging etc. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for assistance.

ALTERATION POLICY

Vania Romoff Inc. alteration services are available for in-store purchases only.

EXCHANGE POLICIES

There are no cancellations and refunds of order/s. However, a customer is allowed to exchange an item/s within seven (7) days from the time item/s was purchased. Item/s for exchange should fall under this list:

  1. The item/s does not fit.

  2. The item/s is in its original condition (tag is intact and item is not laundered nor altered).

  3. The item/s is purchased at regular price (item on sale is not included).

Kindly email a Vania Romoff Inc. representative at store@vaniaromoff.ph to assist in processing the exchange of the item/s. Once it has been approved, please take note of the following reminders:

  1. Original item/s should be packed properly and shipped back to Vania Romoff Inc. A copy of the purchase invoice should be included in the package.

  2. New item/s requested for will still be subject to availability.

  3. New item/s must be of the same or higher value than the original item purchased.

  4. All shipping fees shall be shouldered by the client.

  5. Aforementioned shipping policies will be strictly enforced.
