BANK DEPOSIT

Email the correct information for payments via bank deposit to info@vaniaromoff.ph :

  • Full Name of recipient
  • Shipping Address (Street Address, Town/City, State/County, Post Code/ZIP)
  • Email Address of recipient
  • Mobile Number of recipient
  • Item Name, Size, Color, Quantity (Available sizes subject to inventory)

Once availability of item is confirmed via email you may deposit to our Unionbank account (details below)

Upon completion of deposit, kindly email proof of payment.

Please take note that all orders for bank deposit will only be reserved for 2 BUSINESS DAYS. Orders will automatically be canceled if payment has not been made 2 BUSINESS DAYS after the invoice has been sent

For international orders, items will be reserved for 3 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Orders will automatically be canceled if payment has not been made 3 BUSINESS DAYS after the invoice has been sent.


SHIPPING POLICY

1 to 3 WORKING DAY DELIVERY

  1. For Metro Manila only
  2. Orders received after 12nn will be processed the next day.
  3. The shipping details must be supplied completely and correctly in order for the courier to easily locate your mailing address

Our team will do our best to ensure you receive your order/s. You will be notified immediately if there are delivery delays.

OUTSIDE METRO MANILA – 3 to 5 Business days

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (No guaranteed exact delivery time, No deliveries on Sundays and Holidays)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – 5 to 10 Business days

EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no cancellations and refunds of orders. However, a customer is allowed to exchange an item/s under the following circumstance;

  1. The item/s is defective or damaged.
  2. The customer orders the wrong size.

Vania Romoff Inc. can only exchange an item for a different size and in the same style. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of size exchange.

The customer may contact Vania Romoff Inc. and request for an exchange.

However, exchanges will no longer be accepted 7 days after receipt of order. Vania Romoff Inc. shall take responsibility for the complete exchange process.

All eligible items for exchange require:

Tags to be intact and item unwashed, unworn and in acceptable condition.

A copy of the acknowledgment receipt of purchase included.

All exchange orders will be packed and shipped out once the original items are received, returned and processed. The lead time is ideally 5 working days from the day the exchange order email is sent to the customer. However, for items which are not readily available and need to reproduce, the delivery time for the new exchange order will take up to 14 working days.
